Houston, September 9, 2000 Group shot after the 32nd Anniversary "Combined Training" class. We commemorate the opening of Grandmaster's first school in Houston. Grandmaster remembers "chasing the training hall" in his youth - as schools were always opening, closing, and moving. The idea of opening a school and keeping it open became very important to him. The downtown DoJang opened officially on September 6, 1968 - and 32 years later the school is still open, reflecting his pledge to "never close a school." Photo by Frank Jaubert
