We collect a small amount of information from Chayon-Ryu students in order to verify their membership in the system before assigning a password to enter the "Members Only" area.

This information is sent to us via eMail and will be added to Grandmaster's personal database; this database does not reside on any web server and therefore should be relatively secure.

The eMail addresses collected from registered members may be used to generate a mailing to notify members when major changes have been made to the site.

The information we collect will never be disclosed, sold, or used outside the system.
